RESOLVING LOWER BACK PAIN TREATMENT

80 percent of people will experience back pain at some point in their lives. It is a leading cause of doctor’s visits, hospitalizations, and surgery. according to Tanvir Logani (Kinesiologist) low back pain is the most common type of pain. Many of us will experience lower back pain or discomfort at some point in our lives, so please read on and learn what can be done to relieve it.
My first point is that most lower back pain can be explained by too much sitting. These days, we spend so much time sitting in chairs, cars, and couches that it’s unlike anything our bodies have ever experienced before. Most of the time, people sit at their desks for 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Children also suffer from this, as they sit more and get less physical education at school. And their posture in general is horrible on top of all that.

A lot of people sit for extended periods of time, which results in postural shifts, which are all too common. (Check your posture now to see what I mean.)

Let’s make a start with the good news. As a matter of fact, in my experience, most lower back complaints do resolve quickly and easily, simply by loosening up the muscles and changing your sitting position.

If the muscles aren’t stressed, and the alignment is correct, lower back problems are unlikely. If the muscles aren’t stressed, and the alignment is correct, lower back issues are rare. Anatomically, there are very few points of articulation in the body, that is, places where bones meet. It is amazing that there are so few bones for such a large and powerful area as the lower back, with 5 vertebrae, the sacrum, and the pelvic bones. The rest of the material is made up of muscle.

As a consequence, muscles heal quickly. Bones do not. Hairline fractures in a bone are very painful and take much longer to heal than torn muscles. The lower back has very few places where inflammation and pain are a problem. Inflammation and pain are also typically joint-related.
There are still many variations of lower back pain. Some people experience lower back pain in their hips, while others feel discomfort across their entire back, in their kidney/adrenal area, or on their sacrum. In spite of the wide variety of symptoms and locations of pain, the majority of problems originate from too much sitting, with postural misalignment. Pain may be localized to the spine or shooting downward into the leg. The symptoms are usually caused by muscle tension in 99% of cases.

Self massage, correct sitting alignment and exercise/stretching resolve most lower back cases easily. As a result of this three-pronged approach, the lower back responds rapidly and consistently to such common-sense treatment.

In adulthood, four out of five adults will suffer from low back pain at some point in their lives. In most cases, low back pain is caused by muscle or ligament strain and lack of movement.

Let’s make sure you don’t suffer from something more serious that requires immediate medical attention before we talk about ways to fix your low back pain. Most low back problems can be effectively treated with kinesiology, but we will need to ensure there are no “red flags” present before we can proceed. If you recently injured your back and are currently experiencing any of the following symptoms, please consult your physician or a physiotherapist as soon as possible:

  • An incontinence problem;
  • Night sweats, fever, chills;
  • Fat loss that is unexplained;
  • Despite lying down, I experience intense pain;
  • Your leg is in severe pain;
  • Falling or getting into a car accident recently caused you major trauma.

A minor ligament strain may be the case if you do not experience any of the above symptoms. Unlike muscles, ligaments take a lot longer to heal when they are strained or overstretched. The most common cause of ligament strains is:

  • Poor biomechanics – improper exercise technique or poor movement;
  • Inactivity – prolonged sitting and other positions that put too much pressure on the low back’s joints and ligaments;
  • Poor low back fitness.

POOR LOW BACK FITNESS

We move our body by contracting muscles, but they also play a vital role in maintaining joint stability and preventing joint damage.

In situations where muscles become exhausted or cannot produce enough tension to maintain good form, ligaments take over, causing ligaments to stretch, resulting in pain. In order to maintain a healthy and strong low back, we need to focus on these muscles to stay fit to protect ligaments. However, this does not mean we should only train our cores and low backs. In order to prevent imbalances, it is important to train the body as a whole, especially the core and low back since these muscles directly affect the back.

Despite their close relationship to other core muscles, low back muscles function together to stabilize the spine and allow proper movement. Core muscles include all the muscles that run the entire length of your torso, not just one specific six pack.

A stable base of support for your arms and legs allows you to press, throw, jump, and pull powerfully with core muscles on the front, back, and sides of your torso.

BIOMECHANICS

Poor biomechanics make it difficult to keep the low back strong and pain-free. Even the strongest people get hurt. Knowing how to use them is just as important. We help our clients perfect foundational movement patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries, and lunges. We then expand our clients’ movement repertoire by adding variations to these movements.

Their low backs will be protected and ligaments won’t be re-injured when they encounter some variation of these movements during their normal daily activities.

INACTIVTY

Sedentary behavior, as well as inactivity, have been shown to be significant predictors of low back pain. In other words, individuals who are sedentary and inactive have a higher risk of developing low back pain.

My Lower Back Basics material offers significant relief for lower back discomfort in a very simple and simple manner. All people can perform these exercises and get positive results.

My opinion is that the Surgery is usually the best option if there’s a high impact injury and a disk ruptures or worse. In most cases, surgery is not a good option due to its significant cost, complication risk, and failure to address the root cause. Furthermore, regular injections and pain medications are not acceptable for treating low back pain. The side effects of those medications are also of concern.
